How to contract the services

The steps to follow before the start of the service are as follows

Contact the service via web contact, by phone or by email.
Meeting with the family to find out all the relevant information about the user.
We make a first visit to your home where the activity will take place to assess the work environment.
Delivery of the necessary documentation to draw up the healthcare contract (ID, doctor's report with updated medication regimen, drug or food allergies, type of diet, authorization from family member or guardian, etc.).
Signature of care contract.

From this moment on, the service can be contracted 48 hours in advance as the customer will be considered a regular.

When and who provides the services

Our services can be carried out from Monday to Sunday and the duration will depend on the needs of the user and his family at any given time.

All our services are carried out by socio-health professionals who have an approved qualification in the socio-health area and extensive experience in caring for dependent people and people with functional diversity.

Once the visit or accompaniment has been carried out, a follow-up will be carried out by the coordination team and the family will be notified of each and every incident as well as the relevant data of the accompaniment.
