We have socio-health personnel, social integrators and socio-cultural animation technicians.

How to contract the services

The steps to follow before the start of the service are as follows:

Contact the service via web contact, by phone or by email.
Meeting with the family to find out all the relevant information about the user.
We make a first visit to your home where the activity will take place to assess the work environment.
Delivery of the necessary documentation to draw up the healthcare contract (ID, doctor's report with updated medication regimen, drug or food allergies, type of diet, authorization from family member or guardian, etc.).
Signature of care contract.

From this moment on, the service can be contracted 48 hours in advance, as the customer will be considered a regular.
